Yingke Law Firm Seminar: Insights for Overseas Credit Reporting & Commercial Disputes

Yingke Guangzhou Law Firm (YK) has successfully partnered with iQor Receivable Management Services ​to present a joint seminar on the topic – Insights for Overseas Credit Reporting & Commercial Disputes” on March 22nd, 2019 at YK office.  iQor RMS Senior Consultant Mr. Norris Chan and Business Development Manager Ms. Gigi Tam were invited as guest speakers.

​During the seminar, Mr. Norris Chan has thoroughly explained overseas receivables collections, overseas credit reporting / due diligence checking services, overseas bankruptcy case tracking / lodging claims, and the difference between overseas collection and domestic collection in China. 

​Ms. Gigi Tam has then shared collection experience, case studies in developing countries which are part of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative. Lawyers of Yingke participated actively and highly appreciated this seminar.

​The seminar ended successfully which has helped lawyers of Yingke to understand overseas receivables collections procedure and legal collection. On the other hand, it has strengthened the relationship between Yingke and iQor RMS, which in turn enhances better service coverage for each other’s clientele.
