Being a recognizable social welfare organization, our client needs to rapidly expand its fundraising activities for additional charitable work during continuous turmoil around the world, such as COVID-19 pandemic, armed conflict in Ukraine, and flooding in Pakistan. In this blog, we share how RMS help this client enhance significant increase of donation by providing outbound customer support service. 
Case Study – Contact Center Customer Support – Donation Program
Background
The client is a reputable, sizeable, global charity organization responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid worldwide. In view of the numbers of humanitarian emergencies that need delivering aid and assistance were set to spike by the chaos and insecurity around the globe, our client solicited firms with expertise in telemarketing for fundraising campaign to provide high quality services to acquire donors and convert them to be financial supporters. RMS was asked to step in and provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Contact Center service in outbound telemarketing.

We designed an outbound telemarketing program with tailored approaches based on an awareness of the latest global environment and situations. With cross-selling and reactivation programs, the donors or potential donors are being cultivated with personal and professional touch to higher commitment. Our customer care teams leverage upselling and cross-selling skills to help grow donations, improve doners satisfaction and increase doners loyalty.

Our team focuses on 3 primary types of donors, with multiple payment channels and plans (such as one-off or recurring donations) offered to suit all potential benefactors: 
  • New donor – seeking new potential donors and philanthropists for fundraising efforts
  • Continuing donor – existing registered donors who may be interested in increasing their monthly contributions
  • Returning donor – previously registered donors who may restart their monthly donations

Our client is proved to be fully satisfied with the services provided by RMS, as we not only have delivered output that enhanced significant increase of donation, but also have ensured outstanding quality of the services. The client has continued to enter into contract agreement with RMS after each maximum period of contract.
