Case Study – Contact Center Customer Support – Donation Program Background The client is a reputable, sizeable, global charity organization responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid worldwide. In view of the numbers of humanitarian emergencies that need delivering aid and assistance were set to spike by the chaos and insecurity around the globe, our client solicited firms with expertise in telemarketing for fundraising campaign to provide high quality services to acquire donors and convert them to be financial supporters.
