​As a fast-growing integrated telecom and technology solutions provider, our client faces the delicate challenge of reaching out to thousands of prospects a day and locating the right prospects. It has become challenging for our client to expand market share in the competitive industry. In this blog, we share how RMS help this client improve sales results by providing marketing lead and sales lead generation service.
Case Study - Sales Lead Generation 
Client Background
​The client is a leading integrated Telecom and Technology solutions provider in Hong Kong that offers a comprehensive range of premier ICT services to the business market. They are exploring ways to expand their market share and looking for a service vendor that can assist the sales team in sales lead generation across SME segment. They turn to RMS Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Contact Center services. One of the BPO services / Contact Center Services is Lead Generation & Telemarketing.
RMS Solution
​We designed an outbound telemarketing program targeting on Hong Kong SME’s segment. Based on RMS’ strong Commercial Market Database segmented by industries and business titles, targeting companies sizing from 10 to 100 staff with dedicated contacts were identified. Sales-trained customer care experts reach the prospects presenting special offers and creating interest while satisfying the prospects’ business needs. Once received the prospects’ consents, their information is passed to the client for sales follow-up actions. 
The Results
​Within one month, RMS has already achieved the target set by the client, who is satisfied with the BPO / Contact Center service provided by RMS, as our performance exceeds their expectation and the sales leads are of high quality. Positive feedback from the client also includes that the sales lead generation program has helped them create a healthy sales pipeline to maintain a stable performance. After that, the client signed with RMS to expand the customer care program with two more new projects.
