HKGCC: China Debt Collection Process, Litigation & Arbitration

​With the intensive trading between Hong Kong and China, delinquent debt receivables are often the going-concern for Hong Kong traders as well as foreign investors, who encounter difficulties with recovering receivables in mainland China.
