iQor Philippines has been recognized Circle of Excellence in the category of Diversity at the Asia CEO Awards. By launching a new set of diversity initiatives this year, iQor has created more inclusiveness through policies, training, and hiring.
On the other hand, iQor USA has been presented to receive the Western New York Employment Consortium Outstanding Employer award for its commitment to hiring individuals with disabilities. Through its partnership with Adult Career and Continuing Educational Services – Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR), iQor has hired six new employees at New York call center where it provides on-the-job training, career development and work-from-home programs that help eliminate transportation barriers for persons with disabilities.
